Upgrade

• You will be greeted with upgrade welcome screen, click "Next". This will bring you to the selection of installation type.





• Select type of installation:
  • Install for all users: Shortcuts and program group will be created for all users
  • Install just for me: Shortcuts and program group will be created just for current user
  • Portable: No shortcuts, program group or configuration is created on the system
Click "Next" to start the upgrade.




• After upgrade finished, click "End" to complete.
If "Run Hots on exit" check box is selected, Hots will start immediately after you click "End". If "Create desktop shortcut" check box is selected a desktop shortcut will be created after you click "End". If "Create Hots program group" check box is selected group box will be created after you click "End".

Note:
If upgrading on Windows 7 you may encounter PSPad recompile problem. Check Troubleshooting section for the solution.
